The staff is super humble and friendly, creating a homely atmosphere. The hotel offers a variety of facilities including a bar, restaurant, swimming pool, and ping pong table. The restaurant hosts enjoyable music sessions on Saturday afternoons and night with an amazing singer. The food options receive good reviews and never disappoints, especially the breakfast buffet.

The staff was HELPFUL, and we had the benefit of just 10 minutes' walk right to surabaya plaza. While staying here we visited tunjungan plaza, which was 10 minutes on foot. Buffet breakfast had a good selection. Suitable for one night.

This hotel is a hidden gem in the heart of Surabaya. The rooms, though not luxurious, are well-maintained with a bathtub and a selection of international TV channels. The staff are friendly and attentive, always greeting guests with a warm smile. The breakfast spread is impressive, offering a variety of food to suit different tastes.
All in all, my stay at this hotel was fantastic and I couldn't find any fault.

This hotel is in the center of town, making it convenient for exploring the city. The rooms were average but well maintained, with the added bonus of having International TV channels and a bathtub. The staff provided excellent service and the basic amenities were all there. The breakfast included was a nice touch, ensuring a good start to the day.

The hotel is centrally located with easy access to taxis and shops. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. They even helped me arrange a trip to a nearby tourist spot. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of options to choose from. The hotel facilities, including the swimming pool and in-room massage service, were fantastic.

The location was central and convenient, with easy access to local attractions and transport options, making it convenient to explore the city.
The facilities were a bit dated, and the pool was not especially clean. However, this was not of great concern since our main focus was on enjoying the romantic atmosphere of the hotel and its surroundings.
